hey guys just an update .. . i smoked 1 cig. a few days ago while drinking beer. so i cut down beer until i am completely done with this habit. but i did not give up. and i am still doing good. 1 cigarette in the last 14 days [yes] and i will not let that happen again. and as for the changes, 2 weeks after you quit its a lot easier to wake up. i don't have massive cravings in the mornings anymore no more feeling dizzy from too much oxygen either. i am planning to get back into playing soccer ) while i am still not too old )
