To be fair, the mitochondria's, or nickelodeons, or metawhatzis's where never mentioned again, and Jar Jar did chill quite a bit. Plus the princess did eventually lose her monotone. (and I notice the new princess did not have one)

Kinda hard to forgive a little kid winning a space battle, though. (or the Ewoks)
