I dought it will improve it as the source from the scart will be 480i or 567i.
The only improvement could be from a component lead having a thicker cauge of wire.
Pure guess`s though.

That just doesnt make any sense to me how does that adapter take a single video signal and split it into RGB, and surely if you bought this adapter you would want a RGB enabled scart output?
