Did anyone read the article? While he did a good thing, the police determined the accident was caused by jaywalking! He caused it! It balances out and he is now just a regular Samaritan.

i did read it and it also stated that the driver of the truck that hit the man was ticketed with causing the accident due to reckless driving... its like the police are contradicting themselves...

if it wasn't for that guy helping then the accident still would have happened it just would have been far worse. police are just looking for more ways to ticket people and make money.
