I bite my nails... I've always bitten my nails that I can remember. I also bite them down to stumps.. I've stopped for a about a year and half before, but that nagging feeling to bite is always there, so i just went ahead and carried on. Too much effort to stop biting at this point. It's a constant battle that I'm not prepared to wage. I'm lazy[yawn].
