I found that it takes generally one period of hard workout to form a good strucuture of abdomen. In grade 11 highschool i used to work out like crazy and do crunches all the time and what not and i formed my abs. After that, i never had to work out that crazy to keep them. I can do crunches once a month now and my 6 pack is still showing. You really have to dig a hole and get all that fat out of with all your willpower and then it will all be easy after that.
