I'm starting to put on weight
It seems my days of eating as much as I want and not gaining a single kilo are over. It seems I'm putting on weight and very fast. I can't believe how fast it's happening. I've dramatically decreased the amount of junk food I eat and dramatically increased the amount of the fruits I eat. I've gone from going on 2 hours walks each day to 4 hours and more. I'm now doing a lot of jogging, especially up on the beach and golf course which is something I never did before and I've been using my dumbbells quite a lot to work on my upper body strength. And I've been doing quite a lot of swimming in the lake, usually against currents and carry heavy rocks to make it harder.
I've also been doing a lot of crunches, reverse crunches and side crunches to work on my upper and lower abs and obliques but it doesn't seem to matter how much exercise I do it looks like I'm still increasing in weight (fat wise). And I've been taking my vitamins and eating breakfast in the morning.
What am I suppose to resort to in order to get rid of this fat[help]. I've never been so active in my life and it doesn't seem to be helping. Then again I've read that some exercising doesn't necessarily remove fat but still increases the muscle size and just pushes the fat outwards making you look fatter then you really are. I really hope that's what it is.
EDIT: Will be buying myself a bike soon and start riding up on the cycle way. I promised myself when I was younger that I would never become fat and I tend to keep that promise.
