nope its fat that makes you look fat.
there's no muscles in a double chin...
ur not taking these creatine supplements are you ?
thing is you may have halved ur fast food intake but if you burn lets say 500 calories then go eat a burger meal that's 1,000 calories all in its not gonna help much
fruits healthy but once again If you eat too excess your gonna put on weight go easy on the fruit you may find the high sugar content is making you gain weight
