Being skinny is overrated anyway. Do you really want to be one of those people over in the corner shivering all the time? [rofl]
I've never really been skinny. I've been more on the athletic side. I don't yet have a double chin thank god for that and the fat is mostly just in my stomach region and nowhere else.

I don't eat to much fruits either. It's that I never really ate any fruits before so eating maybe 2 bananas and 2 oranges a day is a dramatic increase for me. Got some apples here to that need eating.

I'll take the advice and start eating smaller meals during the day instead of the usual huge meals at the end of the day. I think it's time that I start living healthy and active instead of believing I can get away with being lazy and eating junk food without consequence.
