Unfortunately, for most people, night time generally consists of your brain going wild, and sometimes the thought of not getting enough sleep gives you a bit of anxiety. Also, keep in mind that we generally have to "force" ourselves to fall asleep due to the amount of sleep needed to have a fresh start in the morning. I find that the best sleeps around are when I literally can't keep my eyes open and NEED to sleep. Unfortunately, that is generally during the day
