I'm the opposite, I worry about getting too much sleep. I can't sleep when I'm not tired, I have to feel like I want to sleep, and not go to sleep just because it's time. If I try to sleep when I'm not tired, I'd lie there with my mind going at 100mph thinking about random stuff, which means I'll never fall asleep. I will also dream a lot, which IMO is wasted sleep. If I go to bed when I'm tired, I'd fall asleep within 20-30 mins and get solid sleep until my alarm goes.
