well on this other site the OP says it's Thailand, dont know where he got it from though

I've been to Thailand several times, although do drive like crazy people there, those aren't Thai numberplates on the cars. Plus bikes aren't allowed on the highway.

I'm leaning towards India, another place they drive crazy.
