Anyone know if scratches can be removed from LCD's, I took my headphones off last night and caught the mic on the screen and it's left a nice scratch in the centre of the screen, only about 2 cm long but it's driving me nuts, like a hair on the screen.

Is there any way to polish this out, I've tried screen cleaner and cotton buds but no dice.
