Ive got a Sony DVP S325 model, yes it is very old. I was just searching about getting it to work on region 1 disks and found this http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks/sony-dvp-s325/422 the cheek of it, it is a bit noisy i admit that but its done me well for many many years
