Well look for something else. There's always a better job out there if you're willing to look.

I don't mean this in an offensive way, but I'm sure you went to uni to get further up the ladder. The representative salary for the job you are doing suggests that you don't even need a degree for it. Aim higher, look for something you really want to do, or something with good future prospects.

Whatever you do, just don't stay where you are, because you're getting screwed and that will never change.
