other thing is i feel i am pretty important team memeber, i cover 2 products so i would have to be replaced by 2 people really to cover men and then it would take between 6 months and a year to get them trained up properly

And? They're screwing you, let them sort out, you won't have to train them. Listen to people's advice and find something better for yourself. It's really not that hard.
