OzGuy has a good point.

We have a guy who works with us who honestly believes he should be on lots lots more then he is now but realisticly he is probably on around about what he should be at.

I know im very good at what I do and people around me including my boss all agreed I should have been on more money before I started asking for more, dont know if that makes me sound like a to$$er but it is what it is.

I suppose at the end of the day if you left tomorrow how much of a problem would it be to them, they are not going to pay you more for something if they dont have to and at the moment they dont becuase you are excepting it.

Get another job, you never know they might have a hot bird working there waiting just for you.
