If I needed electricity to live, I damn sure wouldn't trust my local energy distributer for my survival, who's to say that a lightning strike comes along and ****s up the power lines?

But then I guess it would be 'god' wanted you to die. What if it were some hooligans stealing copper wire, would they then be charged for murder because someone didn't ensure any problems wouldn't happen with instrumentations for their survival.
