For my leaving thread

Let me explain, i just had a accident and the police said its my fault
i came from the right side, and we here in holland go first , so i slamed into the car,

because i thought the guy stopped but clearly he didn't

he got out of his car we got into a fight... pulling and treating and all, then he left.
police arrived takes notes i got called : Police, yea you should not take priority if its not possible!

I mean WTF !? i was almost over the half of the street what did i need to do ?!

Sorry for my bad English grammer and all , but when i am pissid i suck at it.

Idk what to say, I think in some situations it could hold truth... I mean, yeah you got right off way but not if the car was doing 50km and there is no indication the driver seen you well then I could imagine a cop witnessing it first hand saying something like that but still that driver is the first one committing a traffic violation... But I seen people coming out off an alley with 50km onto a street where yeah they come from the right but have no sight or nothing enough to properly determine if their actions are not going to kill somebody... Know what I mean?

But I'm sure you're a cautious driver [thumbup]

Anyway, got to rely on eyewitnesses then I think
