I have this really annoying habit of falling asleep with my hands behind my head when I go to bed. 6-8 Hours later when I wake, my arm(s) are numb to buggery. I literally cannot feel a thing from my shoulder down....

Anyone else experience this? I presume it'd be something to do with lack of blood travelling above the head. It must be a comfort thing to rest my head in my hands, but really got to stop. sometimes when it happens im panic stricken with very cold arms!
