The first time that happened to me, I tried to move my arm but couldn't feel it moving, so I started just waving it around... All of a sudden something smacked my face! I didn't realize it was my hand for ... well way too long. That was awesome.

Haha, yeah. I once woke up and had an itch on my face. A little later my hand fell onto my face with a smack. I think when you put your arm up like that it pinches the veins and arteries in your shoulder area.
