So? I'm sure he still cares about his mother's condition. Besides, lots of people here write about how great they are and the things they've done, so what's different here? Unless you're suggesting we only start threads about how much we suck.

2) Who's suggesting that we only write about how much we suck?

3) Once you read enough north threads, you'll quickly find out they're always about him. This is one of them, disguised as something else. If it was a straight "I'm t3h awesome" thread it wouldn't be bad, it's the fact that he starts a thread supposedly about his mom, but really is a vehicle for showcasing his heroism and usual medical knowledge. At least that's how it reads to me.
