In an earlier lecture (01-07-2012), Haji Shakeel Ahmed DB mentioned that the Usools of this effort of Maulana Ilyas are divinely inspired and closest to the Sunnah. The Usools are such that they do not leave any room for dispute and strife among the Muslims. Hence, Hanafis, Shafi'is, Malikis, Hanablis, Arab, Ajam, Blacks, Whites, Literate, Illiterate, Poor, Rich etc. Muslims form all parts and of all types joined this effort. Why? Maulana Ilyas by the grace of Allah analysed the situation of this Ummah and came to a conclusion that the Ummah is divided on the following four issues

1. Aqaid (Beliefs)
2. Fiqhi Differences
3. Current Affairs
4. Politics

Maulana Ilyas made an Usool to not discuss on this issues in this effort. The Usools of Maulana Ilyas are 16 and as follows.

To the spend ones time in the following 4 activites: Dawah, Learning and Teaching, Dhikr and Other Worship, and Serving
To spend the least time in the following 4 activities: Eating, Sleeping, Calls of Nature and Essential talk
To abstain completely from the following 4 actions: Expectations of the Nafs, Expressing this expectation with the tongue, Wasteful expenditure and Taking others belongings without prior permission.
To abstain from discussing the following 4 issues individually or collectively: Beliefs, Fiqhi Differences, Current Affairs and Politics.


And now batil people have started raising the slogan Don't go to the Mashaikh, So and So is such and so and so is evil, Don't sit with the Imam coz he does not spend time in Khurooj and Gasht etc. These people are the ones who are spoiling the effort of Maulana Ilyas
