along with the aamaals as has been stated.alhamdulillah

a few nutritional additions as is also sunnah

omega 3/6/9/ oil or foods that contain them
molasses ....very high in minerals

i take both these in autumn/winter....
they have really helped my s.a.d.
practically non existent last two winters as my wife can attest
