Child abuse also happens in Pakistan, India and other countries which are not liberal. There are always abusive predators and criminals looking for vulnerable people to exploit. We just need to be observant and very careful about not allowing such abuses to be carried out, one way is to be aware that such things happen even amongst our own people.
