I know you, don't take bay'ah from Shaykh Ninowy. Just look for someone who comes to Birmingham regularly and you can see often (like Qari Ismail Sahib db) or a Shaykh that has very strong links to Birmingham like Mawlana Saleem Dhorat Sahib db.
