If you'd like to make your voice a bit deeper or put something in your mouth with the intention of avoiding fitnah then barakallah, but please donttake to being rude likeyou would to atelemarketer, thats not really appropriate
I understand my sis and rudeness really gets on my nerves but here I feel the means justifies the ends. I think we should gauge our rudeness on the ghair mahram’ss friendliness towards us. If he’s smiling, leaning towards us etc. then turn up the rudeness. If not and we see he’s mildly annoyed by us then that’s what were aiming for. Wallahu a’lam

Choosing to stick something in our mouths (like a plastic bottlecap), I think eliminates the need to be rude. Try it and you’ll see what I mean; it instantly changes the voice so you sound nothing like yourself.

I think I’ll test it out this week and see how it goes…! Barak Allah ta’aala my sis
