This happens to me almost everytime i go to the masjid and end up praying next to certain women. My friend ended up next to me in the line, and i was the first one, so when she came next to me she immediately lunged out with her right food and put her foot right next to/on top of mine. I could feel her toenail digging into my foot and her feet were spread so wide that I couldnt touch shoulders with her, so i moved away just a bit to take my foot from under hers while keeping as close as possible, because it is very distracting to feel someone wiggling their toes and scratching your feet during salah. Its also incredibly annoying and it makes me have to struggle so much harder to stay focused. Ive never said something because I dont know the fiqh of this in detail but i think common sense would tell us that we shouldnt be stepping on each other or half-ways doing splits in salah. I also never said anything more than once because they tend not to listen. I just move my foot away if it is distracting me.
