Condolence message of Mufti Syed Ziauddin Naqshbandi Qadri Mufti Syed Ziauddin Naqsbandi, Professor, Islamic Law, Jamia Nizamia and Founder/Director, Abul Hasanaat Islamic Research Center has expressed his deep sorrow on the demise of the saint of the times, Hadhrat Abul Khair Syed Rahmatullah Shah Naqshbandi Mujaddidi Qadri (May Allah shower His mercy on him). He said that Hadhrat Abul Khair is the son and successor of the great Muhaddith, the author of the famous Hadith classic, Zujajatul Masabeeh, Abul Hasanaat Hadhrat Syed Abdullah Shah Naqshbandi Mujaddidi Qadri (May Allah shower His mercy on him). His favors on the Ummah in terms of the reformation of the populace and spread of Tasawwuf are too great to be enumerated. The Ummah can never forget or ignore them. He was the guide and patron of many research and intellectual organizations. The number of his disciples in India and abroad runs into lakhs. He is the descendent of Hadhrat Ali (May Allah be well pleased with him) through 46 generations. Hadhrat Abul Khair was born in a house which was illuminated with the light of Islamic knowledge and sciences. He grew up under the tutelage of a great saint i.e. Hadhrat Muhaddith-e-Deccan (May Allah shower His mercy on him). Thus, he himself became a master of the logical and mystical sciences, a personification of high morals, an illustration of all praiseworthy attributes, a great Sufi and an embodiment of Shariah and Tariqah. The personality, manners and character of Hadhrat Abul Khair (May Allah be well pleased with him) would remind others of the pious predecessors and he himself was the leader for those who follow. His habits were the very illustration of the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam). He was a person of high morals, very humble and magnanimous. His speech and words were very heartwarming. He would be very meticulous in following the Shariah. Advice given by him to the disciples and those who came to him would have such effect that they would implement it practically. His demise is a colossal loss not only for Hyderabad but for the whole Ummah.
