I need your help Canadian brothers and sisters!
My family and I might immigrate to Canada next year, but we haven’t decided which province to go to yet . The available choices are Toronto, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta. My parents want to go to whichever is more suitable for us as Muslims. Specially that my two brothers are still young. I need your advice.

I live in Oakville, Ontario..which is near Toronto..about 15mins by car.. as already said we host a larger community..but overall I would prefer to live in a community where it is slightly newer as the older ways won't be as apparent..yes most ethnic groups stick to themselves which is a shame and I've been hearing from many sisters and brothers that out in Alberta(and British Columbia) that it is more of a collective effort regardless of ethnic groupings..

Also I hear the winter isn't as harsh as it can be in Alberta, in fact a sister posted about snow in Alberta already..
