You made a mistake. When nationalization programs are implemented, they dont target Hindus, they target all, Hindu and Muslim.
The Indian Muslim gets shafted by the Hindus in the Gulf, then they are targetted again in the backlash, as Arabs see them as "Indians" and not Hindus/Muslims.
