Homosexuality is a big topic here in the west, but I never understood what made it so significant.
Point is that a society chooses how it's civillians should act, according to their specific ethical standards. Western civilization has a different ethical standard than the Muslim world.

Adultery is seen in the western world as something normal, it happens. If you do it while you're married, people might frown but nothing serious will happen. Islamic standards are of course
clear about this topic, adultery is heavily condemned.
It destroys the very nature of the human being, the bonds within the family are dismissed.
While the human being is attracted to a social hierarchy, western culture demands a pattern of
life based on the individual. While in reality this is quite akward, since the biological foundation
gives no support to this philosophy, the human being is a sheep.

Whether people are born with homosexuality, or in someway become homosexual is not important.
The point is that every one of us carries a object with us, which we should wage Jihad against with the best of our intention. For some people that could be a gambling addiction, for someone else that could be anger.
