Another thing that sometimes happens is that a Deobandi x Barelwi thing starts... and somehow the Shafiis and Malikis get dragged into the Hanafi feud, sometimes by citing Shafii authorities, sometimes by saying "Arab Barelwi", etc etc...

And we're like, "Huh? What? Eh? Why? Err?"
