very nice question , i wanted to ask the same thing. Esp during ramadan , isha is late at night followed by 20 rakah taraweeh. Fajr is early in the morning, around 4.5 hours after taraweeh till fajr azan. If i dont sleep in those 4 and half hours , would my late night prayer be considered as tahajudd ?

Yes it will be considered Tahajjud.
