any idea where i can download it in pdf or any other book equal to it.

As far as I know the scan of the book hasn't leaked out yet.

I guess because the price is cheap and some other translations should be available online for free. Equivalent to it would be Creed of Imam Nasafi, here is an English translation. Can you imagine 6-page-long work containing pretty much entire aqida?! That's how easy and wonderful Islam is.

Please note that when it is said Creed of Imam Tahawi, Creed of Imam Nasafi etc. it refers to the compilations by those scholars. The creed/Aqida is always the same.
