Can i hear these lectures on aqida

or

are these lectures for the scholars?

I am a laymen and I benefited greatly from these lecturers. However the lecture series by Mufti Abdur rahman Ibn Yusuf Mangera are not complete and only covers up to point 65 of Imam Tahawi's aqeedah text.

and are the above lectures are as same as this one present on the central msque site i.e http://www.central-mosque.com/aqeedah/tahawi.htm

Yes both lecture series are an expansion on Imam Tahawi's statements mentioned on the Central Mosque website.
