I have never met Hazrat Moulana Hakin Akhtar Sahib but I have heard he has tremendous noor on his face Alhamdulillah.

I can attest to that. Enormous amount of nur on Hadrat's face. That is where I get my [spiritual] fluorescent white light theory from. : )
