In the context of sky rocketing property prices, new houses are getting expensive and unaffordable day-by-day.
In case if someone have a genuine requirement of a new house then buying it with lumsum cash is unthinkable for a common muslim.

What is the Shariah perspective of buying home thru home loans ?

Even if someone think of leaving the residential ares in the interior of the city area and plans to reside in the outskirts ie. suburbs of the city then even those suburbs have become very expensive hence loan has some how become inevitable.

May Allah abstain us from the web of loan.
