Now maybe I'm a little confused, but isn't the Senate in session? What in the Hell is Kerry doing in Davos, Switzerland? Is he in THEIR Senate? Is Switzerland calling for a filibuster? Aren't we paying him to be in the good old US of A, doing a job HERE, rather than fucking off in Switzerland? Is there a ketchup convention there? Somebody please explain this!

Kerry is doing a Kerry.
Since he is in Switzerland he can't very well be accused of not starting a filibuster himself.
I am sure he will make a grand entry back to the US this coming Tuesday, one day after Alito is confirmed.
He will make a big show for his liberal sheeple and that will be that.
Kenndy will take out his trustration on a bottle of Scotch.
Alito will be confirmed and now we need to hope for another liberal to leave the high court. The unborn babies in America are praying for just that.
Besides, the Republicans deserve a nice cushion on the court in case of another close Presidential election. It never hurts to have friends in high places.
