What, SPECIFICALLY, is the law that Bush broke - for which he ought to be impeached?
Talk about an easy question to answer.

Try the 4th Amendment, and the FISA statute. He's violated the 4th Amendment, and has not fulfilled the requirements for the exceptions allowed by the FISA statute. Bush's argument is that he can violate both laws since Congress allegedly granted him dictatorial powers following 9/11.

His argument is simply "yes, I violated both laws, but Congress gave me the authority to do so." Congress never gave him any such authority, and as such, he's broken the law and committed an impeachable offense.
