Bah no big deal imo

IF the email was real, then using those terms is acceptable in this SINGLE case. They deserve the insult, it is not as if it is directed at every coloured person but a singular entity trying to scam a business. People need thicker skin and to get over political correctness. Now of course calling someone that name for no reason other than colour as a way of addressing them is not acceptable. Of course if the email turns out fake ( which we have no way of proving ) then it is bang out of order. Personally I feel it is just one of many they receive and he tried to put a humerous slant on it that the PC group decided to jump on.
I disagree it totally unacceptable in any circumstances. Your opening line shows you think racism is acceptable then you go on to justify it. Sad that you find racism humourous.
