I have no problem with them being legal. I just think they should be totally unnecessary. They should be the LAST choice, not the first.

It's iffy, as far as legality.
I do however believe late-term abortion "partial-birth" - should be outlawed. Someday in the future I have no doubt this will be looked upon as a truly barbaric procedure. No less than how we think public stoning is barbaric now.
