I believe it's O.K. to critize, "as long as you have a plan", to WIN. No matter how any democrat wants to spin it, ultimately, the only plan they have is to surrender to terrorists by "cutting & running". They have no plan to WIN.

Just retreat & defeat.

I thought we already won. Mission accomplished?

In any case, how do you "win" against terrorists? Do you have to kill every last one of them? How is that possible? Aren't new terrorists appearing all the time? Is there a country for which all terrorists fight? Do we capture the capitol of that country to get this elusive "Terrorists" faction to surrender? And why is cutting your losses such a terrible and unacceptable thing to do?
