Alright, Gadfly, let me try this once again, and this time minus the outrage. I know it's a wasted effort, but why the fuck not?


Here's the primary reason why you are a partisan, but not me (though I am somewhat partisan insofar as I am loyal to several ideals). It still makes you several magnitudes of order more partisan and blind than myself.



You just bash. I argue. You see the difference? A tape recorder, if recorded from the right person can do bashing. It requires no thought, and it has no value. Arguing is completely different. It means being open-minded, using things like logic, looking for truth, knowledge and maybe even different ways of looking at things. It also requires tolerance. These words are like a joke to you. Most people take those kinds of things seriously, and since you don't, then they can't take you seriously either.
