I don't mean to belittle you. It's just that from my point of view, your political consciousness started just a few years ago. You were 12 when Clinton left office. You're 17 now?

A lot of what you believe is what you have been taught up until this point. Youth is wonderfully idealistic. I was there once, too. As we get older, we widen our experience base, and sometimes realize that the most logical things when we were young are simply impossible when we have more information.

As far as I'm concerned, the world needs the idealists that haven't been through the mud. Just the perspective of an old fart. (Aren't you tired of hearing that yet???)
