Hello I was only going for a look at a website some one needs upgrading and I discovered this weirdness(?) the man seems to have used an effort model of IBM Websphere to signal the site but there at the base of the HTML he's used the SHAPE order to format his menu bar. I've never seen this before does other people use this technique?
