Default What does the idea of 'Interbeing' suggest?
Can anybody describe in quite simple conditions what 'Interbeing' means in Buddhism? I've been reading concerning the 'Six Elements' exercise in Vipassana meditation. I am aware that this really is about reflecting on how the physical qualities of our bodies are made up of the same elements that are present in the external world, and how on death when our bodies split up, these elements return to our planet - to be recycled because it were. Is this what 'interbeing' means?
