For Christ or other baloney's sake, Iraq has been a classic "the flag follows the flag" scenario. If we wanted peace for the Iraqis we'd form a nationalized oil company under their control (think Venezuela) if Sunni, Kurd, and Shiite shared equally per capita - Poof no Civil War.
