Well you will find when my heart races 2 points. 1: I'm going to OBE and 2. A nature is attempting to use my body to route. Make CERTAIN you're saying to talk TO you perhaps not THROUGH you and that you're throwing your bright light of safety. Whenever you get this.. BREATHE! Use your heavy Yoga breathing to slow your heartbeat, because you understand how to reflect. Also say "I am inaccessible to nature at this time. You should do therefore in my own meditations", if you'd prefer to talk to me. The situation is controlled by you. Launch your worries. You've nothing to fear. Panic attacks are typical whenever you available to nature. Its lots of power previously. Once you understand that YOU manage it. The episodes end. I'm LIVING proof!!
