Americans accepted tyranny a long time ago, it's the frog in the pot of water.

Shall not be infringed upon, means cannot be taken away for any reason.

Felons should have as much right to own guns as anyone else. At the very least a Felon should have a few burried in their back yard that they can access when it comes to watering the tree of liberty with a little tyrant's blood.
